A Brief Introduction to Us

We are a small startup studio based in Putian, Fujian, China, specializing in custom-made cups.
We work closely with local manufacturing facilities, and when you place an order, it is forwarded to the factory for production and fulfillment.

Before launching our independent store, we sold our products through marketplaces such as
Amazon, eBay, Poshmark, and Mercari. As of April 2026, we have closed all of these storefronts
except for Amazon, allowing us to focus on selling our custom products directly through our own online store.

At present, our product selection is centered on custom cups. In the future, we plan to gradually expand our catalog
to include a wider range of personalized products, such as custom puzzles, passport holders, phone cases,
kitchenware, office supplies, and more.

We do maintain warehouse facilities in the United States, but they are currently reserved only for
Amazon-fulfilled inventory. Therefore, all orders placed through our website are currently shipped directly from
Putian, Fujian, China. In urgent situations, however, we may prioritize shipment from our Amazon warehouse
in the United States whenever feasible.

We are a shop specializing in custom products; therefore, you must upload an image directly from the page in order to make a purchase. Once you have uploaded your image, you can then add the product to your shopping cart.

What products do you sell?

We currently primarily sell personalized products, such as custom cups. In the future, we will gradually introduce a wider range of customizable items, including custom puzzles, passport holders, phone cases, kitchenware, office supplies, and more.

Our products are primarily custom-made items. Once you place an order, we arrange production based on your specific requirements; therefore, each order requires a certain amount of processing time.

Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. During holidays, peak periods, or special circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended.

Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–5 business days. Total delivery time usually takes 4–8 business days (1–3 business days processing + 3–5 business days shipping). Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and carrier conditions.

Yes. Orders over $75.00 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below $75.00 are charged a flat standard shipping fee of $6.

Standard website orders are currently shipped from Putian, Fujian, China. Inventory stored in the United States is reserved for specific fulfillment needs and is not the default shipping origin for website orders.

Currently, orders placed on our website are primarily shipped directly from Putian, Fujian, China. We also maintain warehousing facilities in the United States; however, these are currently utilized exclusively for inventory related to the Amazon platform. In urgent situations—and provided conditions permit—we may prioritize shipping orders from our U.S. warehouse.

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Since most of our items are custom-made products, once an order enters the production process, it typically cannot be canceled or modified.

As most of our products are custom-made or personalized items, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons unrelated to product quality. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or significantly differs from your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt, and we will address the issue on a case-by-case basis.

If your refund request is approved, the refund will typically be returned to your original payment method within 7 business days. The actual time it takes for the funds to arrive may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Most ceramic cups are heat-resistant and are generally safe for use in a microwave. However, to extend the product’s lifespan, we still recommend that you follow the specific usage and cleaning instructions provided on the product page.

Hand washing is generally recommended for daily cleaning. For certain products, dishwasher use is not advised, as it may compromise the design or surface coating; please refer to the specific instructions on the product details page for guidance.

The product display images are for reference purposes only; the actual product may exhibit slight variations due to production batches, equipment differences, printing placement, dimensional tolerances, or minor color discrepancies. Such variations are considered normal.

Due to spatial constraints around the handle, it is not possible to print fully in the areas immediately to the left and right of the handle on some cups; therefore, the presence of a small unprinted gap in this location is considered a normal aspect of the manufacturing process.

We previously sold products through Amazon, eBay, Poshmark, and Mercari. As of April 2026, with the exception of Amazon, our storefronts on these other platforms have been closed; we are now primarily focused on selling custom products through our own independent website.
