Custom Muglora is a small startup studio based in Putian, Fujian, China, specializing in personalized mugs, tumblers, cups, and related drinkware products. We work with local manufacturing facilities to produce custom items based on each customer’s order requirements.

1. What We Do

Our store focuses on custom-made drinkware designed for everyday use, gifting, and personalized orders. We aim to offer practical products with clear customization options, transparent service information, and responsive customer support.

2. Production Process

Because many of our products are made to order, production begins after an order is placed and payment is confirmed. Each order is prepared according to the product options and customization details selected by the customer.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday.

3. Shipping and Fulfillment

At this time, orders placed through our website are shipped from Putian, Fujian, China. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, customs processing, weather conditions, and other external factors.

We also maintain warehouse facilities in the United States for certain Amazon-fulfilled inventory. In limited urgent situations, we may prioritize shipment from our U.S. warehouse when feasible, but standard website orders are currently shipped from China unless otherwise stated.

We aim to provide products that match the order details confirmed by the customer at checkout. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we offer support in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and will review each eligible request based on the information provided.
